These rounds feature a design of a British bulldog on the obverse, encircled by the text ‘Silver Bulldog’ and the weight and purity markings. The bulldog was designed by Paul Bainbridge, a UK based sculptor.

The bulldog in the centre has a slightly raised, frosted appearance.
