2025/2026 Holiday Hours

We want to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for 2026!. With the 2025/2026 holiday season upon us, we will be closing our stores for a period of time. Our last official day of operation is Friday 19th December 2025. Our stores will officially reopen on Monday 5th January 2026.

Order Questions

Will my order arrive by Christmas?
To ensure your articles are delivered by Christmas, we recommend that you order as soon as possible as both Australia Post and our international carriers experience significant delays over the Christmas period.

Please see our timetable below to know cut-off dates for delivery times.

WA Metro – 19th December 2025 – Resumes 05/01/2026
WA Country – 19th December 2025 – Resumes 05/01/2026
Australia Express – 18th December 2025 – Resumes 05/01/2026
International Express – 12th December 2025 – Resumes 05/01/2026
Consolidation Requests – 16th December 2025 – Resumes 05/01/2026

Note: Any orders after the above dates will be held at our facility until 5th January 2026 when normal dispatch will resume.

I’ve ordered online – when will I get my items?

Online orders will be dispatched up until 19th December 2025 (for Western Australia) . We will resume customer shipments from 5th January 2026. If you need assistance during this period our helpdesk staff will be answering emails help@swanbullion.com

International orders will not be processed during this time.

Can I pick up my online order?
Yes, please email your order ID to help@swanbullion.com and we can arrange collection of any prepaid orders during this period.
