Archangel Michael is most often thought of as the angel of protection and the most powerful of all the angels. Michael leads God’s armies against Satan’s forces in the Book of Revelation, where during the war in heaven he defeats Satan.

DESIGN

The reverse features an iconic detailed sculpt and strike featuring the Archangel Michael with shield in one hand and sword in the other slaying a serpent.

The obverse features the weight, purity and metal type with the large inscription “Scottsdale Mint”. It also features the Scottsdale Mint Lion Hallmark.
