Shipping Changes
We've recently updated our automated address verification. Our postage solution now uses the Australia Post database for within Australia. These changes will support, residential, business & PO BOX automatic address verification. Once you start typing your address the Australia Post system will give you an option for your location. Customers that use Parcel Collect & Parcel Locker you will need to update your address manually if it's incorrect. Please ensure you are using the shipping address as your autofilled option may contain incorrect/old address information.
