2024/2025 Holiday Hours
We want to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for 2025!. With the 2024/2025 holiday season upon us, we will be closing our stores for a period of time. Our last official day of operation is Friday 20th December 2024. Our stores will officially reopen on Monday 6th January 2025.
Order Questions
Will my order arrive by Christmas?
To ensure your articles are delivered by Christmas, we recommend that you order as soon as possible as both Australia Post and our international carriers experience significant delays over the Christmas period.

WA Metro – 19th December 2024 – Resumes 06/01/2025
WA Country – 19th December 2024 – Resumes 06/01/2025
Australia Express – 17th December 2024 – Resumes 06/01/2025
International Express – 11th December 2024 – Resumes 06/01/2025
Consolidation Requests – 11th December 2024 – Resumes 06/01/2025
Note: Any orders after the above dates will be held at our facility until 6th January 2025 when normal dispatch will resume.
I’ve ordered online – when will I get my items?
Online orders will be dispatched up until 19th December 2024 (for Western Australia) . We will resume customer shipments from 6th January 2025. If you need assistance during this period our helpdesk staff will be answering emails help@swanbullion.com
International orders will not be processed during this time.
Can I pick up my online order?
Yes, please email your order ID to help@swanbullion.com and we can arrange collection of any prepaid orders during this period.
