Shipmen Center — Live Queue & Processing Metrics
We’re excited to share the next iteration of our Shipment Center. Built from extensive customer feedback, this release strengthens transparency, puts more control in your hands, and makes consolidated shipping even easier to manage.
What’s new
- Self-service shipping requests: Submit and manage consolidation requests at your convenience directly from the Shipment Center.
- Live queue tracking: See where your request sits in the queue in real time, including your current position and the total number of requests in progress.
- 30-day average processing time: View our rolling average processing time so you can plan with confidence.
- Clear, modern dashboard: A streamlined interface highlights status at a glance while keeping detailed information one click away.
Why it matters
Our goal is to provide a seamless, predictable experience from purchase to delivery. By opening up key operational metrics, you no longer have to wonder what’s happening behind the scenes. Your request status and historical benchmarks are visible in the same place you submit and manage shipments.
How it works
- Place qualifying orders and choose to hold them for consolidation (up to the complimentary storage period shown in your account).
- Open the Shipment Center to request dispatch when you’re ready.
- Track progress live: Your queue position and the current volume of requests update in real time.
- Dispatch and delivery: When your request reaches the front of the queue, our team professionally packs and ships your combined order with a single tracking number.
Availability
The new Shipment Center features including live queue tracking and average processing statistics are now available to all customers. You’ll find them under My Account → Shipment Center.
We’d love your feedback
This upgrade is the direct result of customer suggestions, and we’re not stopping here. If you have ideas that would make the Shipment Center even better, please let us know. Your feedback helps us prioritise enhancements that matter most to you.
