2023 Rwanda Lunar Ounce – Year of the Rabbit 1oz .999 Silver Bullion Coin

Starting all the way back in 2017 with the Year of the Rooster, this Year of the Rabbit 1oz silver bullion coin is the 7th release in the Rwanda Lunar Ounce series that features the Chinese Lunar animals in a mosaic art style.

Those born under the sign of the Chinese lunar rabbit in 2023, 2011, 1999, 1987, 1975 and every 12th preceding year, are said to be intelligent, creative, vigilant and compassionate.

DESIGN

The reverse features the depiction of a rabbit in a mosaic style. The inscription “YEAR OF THE RABBIT” appears on the left side of the coin with the Chinese character for rabbit “兔” is prominently displayed at the top. The coins weight, fineness and 2023 year-date also appears on the reverse.

The obverse of each coin features the Coat of Arms of Rwanda as well as the coins monetary denomination.

PRESENTATION

Each Year of the Rabbit 1oz silver bullion coin is provided in individual plastic wrapping. Multiples of 10 are provided in sheets.
