2022 American Silver Eagle – Glowing Galaxy IV 1oz .999 Silver Coin

Swan Bullion in association with Germania Mint is pleased to present the “Glowing Galaxy IV” series – a continuation of a well-known series of galactic ennobling, with new designs and colours for 2022.

This series of coins combines some of the most well-known coins with a galactic motif – including the ability to glow in the dark – to produce these absolutely stunning coins. These coins also pay tribute to the newly launched James Webb Telescope with the fully deployed telescope being present on each coin in this series.

Each coin in the series is limited to 500 world wide.

DESIGN

The obverse features an interstellar motif with various galaxies and stars in the distance. The newly launched James Webb Telescope can be seen off to the left and there is a white outline of the original Walking Liberty design in the middle. The reverse also features the inscriptions “LIBERTY”, “IN GOD WE TRUST” and the 2022 year-date.

Each coin’s serial number is displayed on the obverse between the “T” and “Y” of the “LIBERTY” inscription.

The primary mirror of the James Webb telescope as well as various stars and celestial bodies on the obverse have the ability to glow in the dark.

The reverse shows the new 2021 design of an eagle coming in for a landing, carrying an oak branch. The background maintains that same interstellar motif behind the eagle and inscriptions. The reverse is inscribed with the phrases “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”, “1 OZ. FINE SILVER” and “ONE DOLLAR” to the right of the eagle.

PRESENTATION

Each coin is presented in a capsule in a personalised sleeve with matching design and specifications of the coin.
