2025 30 Years of Toy Story Stamp and Coin Cover

This stamp and coin cover celebrates the 30th anniversary of the iconic movie Toy Story.

First released in 1995, Toy Story captured the imaginations of audiences worldwide with its innovative animation and heartwarming story of friendship, loyalty, and adventure. Over the years, this beloved franchise has become a cultural icon on cinema and television screens, introducing unforgettable characters and inspiring generations of children to dream big.

Produced by The Perth Mint from base metal, the 2025 30 Years of Toy Story Stamp & Coin Cover has a maximum issue limit of 6,500.

DESIGN

The coin’s coloured reverse features a vibrant depiction of each iconic character, including Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie, Hamm and Rex. The design also includes the official ‘TOY STORY’ and ‘30TH ANNIVERSARY’ logo, along with The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.

The obverse bears the Jody Clark effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the coin’s monetary denomination, and 2025-year date.

Affixed to the envelope is a $1.70 official Australia Post stamp. The stamp is postmarked for the first day of issue and the envelope includes Australia Post’s Seal of Authenticity.

PRESENTATION

The themed envelope features Toy Story characters Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Jessie against a sky blue gradient background with cloud motifs. Also included are the official Disney, Pixar, and Toy Story logos.

ABOUT THE PERTH MINT

The Perth Mint, located in Perth, Western Australia, is one of the oldest and most prestigious mints in the world, with a rich history that dates back to the late 19th century. It was established in 1899 as a branch of Britain's Royal Mint in response to the discovery of rich gold deposits in Western Australia.
