2025 Germania Beasts Gullinbursti 1oz Silver 2 Coin Set Gilded

Germania Mint presents the third coin in the Germania Beasts series – Gullinbursti Geminus 1oz silver two coin set. Following Fafnir and Fenrir, it is now the turn of another legendary beast – the golden-bristled boar Gullinbursti, crafted by the legendary dwarves Sindri and Brokkr. A symbol of strength, speed, and unstoppable will, it has been immortalized in silver as part of the exclusive Germania Beasts collection.

According to Germanic mythology, Gullinbursti was forged by the dwarves Sindri and Brokkr as a gift for the god Freyr. Its golden bristles not only illuminated the darkness but also made it incredibly fast and indestructible. On this unique coin, Germania Mint has given it an even more majestic appearance – its tusks are adorned with ancient runes, endowing it with magical power and mystical significance.

Each coin is struck by Germania Mint from 1oz of 99.99% pure silver and each set has a mintage of 500.

DESIGN

The obverse of the coin features the powerful head of the mythical boar, with bristles and sharp tusks. Also includes the inscription “GULLINBURSTI” as well as the weight and fineness.

The reverse shows the muscular body of the beast, decorated with intricate ornaments that emphasise its divine origin. Germania Mint’s two-headed eagle coat of arms appears in the background as well as the inscriptions “GERMANIA 2025” and the 5 Mark denomination.

Both coins have been enamelled with gold, ruthenium and silver. Each coin is inscribed with its individual serial number with either an A or a B at the end.

Each 2025 Germania Beasts – Gullinbursti Geminus 1oz silver 2 coin set is presented in a specially designed dual capsule. Each coin set is accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity and is presented inside of Gullinbursti themed packaging that has a metallic effect and unique 3D embossing.
