Buffalo 1oz .999 Silver Bullion Round
These bullion buffalo rounds feature a rendition of James Earle Fraser’s classic design of the Buffalo Nickel issued in 1913. Generally, Fraser’s Indian Head nickel design is regarded as among the best designs of any U.S. coins.
DESIGN
The reverse of the rounds depicts a standing American bison (buffalo) atop a mound of dirt. Supposedly, the bison was modelled after “Black Diamond” in the New York Central Park Zoo. The rounds are stamped with their weight and purity and have a reeded edge.
The obverse of the round depicts a Native American and with the motto ”LIBERTY” on top right with “MM” in the bottom left.
PRESENTATION
Individual Buffalo Rounds are presented in a Swan Bullion plastic flip. Multiples of 20 are provided in a tube. Multiples of 500 are provided in a monster box.
