Australia is a continent shaped by fire. Ancient ecosystems have evolved needing fire to regenerate and renew, while many indigenous nations have used fire to manage and maintain the land for millennia.
The Royal Australian Mint has created this 2020 $2 Coloured Circulating Coin sealed in a mint roll to commemorate our fearless firefighters and to honour those that have given their lives in protecting our communities.
Each mint roll consists of 25 coins and is certified by a new, official holographic sticker on the iconic brown wrapping. There is a limited availability of only 7,500 mint rolls available!
